Institut Culinaire de France team welcomes you for an online conference Wednesday 27th May at 3pm. A great occasion to learn more about the programmes and the careers in pastry, backery, chocolate and ice-cream.

This online conference will also allow you to meet online the director, Damien Julia, and the chefs, Kyung-Ran Baccon and Damien Baccon.

After the presentation, candidates will be able to interact with the head of admissions, Quentin Maggi.
