Institut Culinaire de France in association with Pierre Hermé will open its first campus in Bordeaux, offering training programs in bakery, pastry, chocolate-confectionery and ice cream arts management.

Bassins à Flot campus: a dynamic student district

Located in Bordeaux, on the Bassins à Flot campus, Institut Culinaire de France will benefit from the positive energy of an evolving neighbourhood. Opening in January 2020, it will welcome 560 French and International students as well as 500 adults seeking to further their education. Institut Culinaire de France will offer training programs in baking, pastry, and chocolate-confectionery and ice cream arts management.

First-class Teaching facilities

Institut Culinaire de France boasts of over 4,000 m2 high-end facilities in Bordeaux. These include six training kitchens certified HQE, which includes a Pastry, bakery, chocolate, confectionery and ice cream laboratory. Additionally, three pastry laboratories, two bakery laboratories and six classrooms for class sizes up to 12-16 students maximum.
