Bassins à Flot campus: a dynamic student district
Located in Bordeaux, on the Bassins à Flot campus, Institut Culinaire de France benefits from the positive energy of an evolving neighbourhood. Opened since 2020, it welcomes French and International students seeking to further their education. Institut Culinaire de France offers training programs in baking, pastry, chocolate-confectionery, ice cream and confectionary arts management.
First-class Teaching facilities
Institut Culinaire de France boasts of over 4,000 m² high-end facilities in Bordeaux. These include six training kitchens certified HQE, which includes a Pastry, bakery, chocolate, confectionery and ice cream laboratory. Additionally, three pastry laboratories, two bakery laboratories and six classrooms for class sizes up to 12-16 students maximum.
